I do what I can to help the clients that make their way where I can really offer unique value, and I ask that clients meet certain qualifications to respect the resource for everyone. Nothing fancy. Treat me like you would want to be treated, I’ll do the same for you, and we’ll get along fantastic. Emergencies happen, I’m forgiving; if you’re repeatedly late, unprepared, or rude, better we pause our work. Read more about my values, tell me what your values are are (or ask help figuring it out), and take a look at voluntary payment model. We’ll discuss in our initial 1:1 and check in again ever 2-3 month to make sure it’s still working for both of us. In general besides common courtesy my criteria for clients I am willing to work with is simply:

1) AVAILABILITY & TRUST: You’re willing to make yourself and your team available (time and honest, emotional presence) for the most important conversations in a timely and genuinely cooperative way. If you’ve got an angle or think I do, look elsewhere.

2) YOU VALUE VALUES: You’re interested in better understanding process and learning about values as a way to arrive at a framework for aligned decision making now and well into the future. If you just want immediate results, keep doing what you’re doing.

3) PROFESSIONAL IS PERSONAL: You see that who you are and your worldview is intrinsic to business leadership and business outcomes, which means being interested to learn and grow. If you just want to make money, and it works for the Field, hopefully you will, at least until you don’t. Good luck. If you see everything is ultimately break even and want to learn and benefit others, I would love to help you however I can.

I focus on Advising/Executive Coaching and Team Dynamics. If you want to better understand my ethics read more about why I no longer offer consulting or Fractional CxO services.
